our bodycare products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, texture, or scent are normal and do not affect quality. orders must be paid in full at checkout, and we accept all major payment methods including buy now, pay later programs. customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

all orders are processed within one to three business days. processing refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, package, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. once shipped, delivery typically takes two to five business days depending on the carrier and destination. please note that once an order is in transit, amplety is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by carriers. if a customer has not purchased shipping protection at checkout, amplety is not responsible for assisting with carrier-related issues nor is responsible for damaged, stolen, or lost packages.

due to the nature of our bodycare products, all sales are final. we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. in the rare event that a refund is approved at our discretion, the amount will be issued as store credit only. we encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before making a purchase. our products are for external use only, and we recommend discontinuing use if irritation occurs. customers are responsible for checking ingredients to avoid potential allergies or sensitivities, and amplety is not liable for any adverse reactions.
