we offer optional shipping protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. if shipping protection is purchased, we will assist you with filing a claim and replacing your order.

if shipping protection is not purchased, amplety is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit with the carrier. we recommend selecting shipping protection for peace of mind.

how long does shipping take?
orders are processed within 1–3 business days. processing means preparing and packaging your order before it is handed over to the carrier. once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. all orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

are your products safe for sensitive skin?
our bodycare products are made with quality ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. please review the ingredient list before purchasing, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

do your products look exactly the same every time?
because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or scent are normal and do not affect product quality.
