processing on all orders is 1-3 business days.

shipping takes 2-4 business days (US orders). 3-21 business days (international).

processing is how long it will take us to prepare your order for shipping. shipping is how long it will take usps/ups to ship your order from us to your door.

amplety is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. amplety is not responsible for import taxes or duties. please be aware of this when ordering internationally, we are based in the usa and ship anywhere that accepts packages from the usa.

please double check your shipping address and update any necessary changes. after you place your order, address changes are NOT guaranteed as your order goes straight to processing. we will try our best to accommodate all requests but to avoid this, update your shipping address in your account and double check it when checking out.

all sales are final. amplety doesn't accept any returns for sanitary reasons. monetary refunds are only sent if you received the wrong item, all other refunds are issued in the form of store credit or we can ship you another product.
