shipping policy

Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time:

  • Domestic (US): 2-4 business days
  • International: 3-21 business days

Processing: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
Shipping: This is the time it takes for USPS/UPS to deliver your order.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. We are also not responsible for any import taxes or duties on international orders. As we are based in the USA, we ship to any location that accepts packages from the USA.

Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. To avoid this, please update your shipping address in your account and verify it during checkout.

returns & refunds

All sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns. If you receive the wrong item, we will issue a refund via store credit or ship you a replacement product.

Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations once your order has been placed.

Damaged or Missing Packages:

  • If you did not opt for Route+ Package Protection, you assume responsibility for the package, and we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Incorrect or Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us, and we will either send a replacement or offer store credit.
